EZC Reader: Use to track while reading. Available from www.reallygoodstuff.com or make your own with index cards and colored laminating/transparancy film pieces.
Carbonless Notebook: One student in the class can take notes, then share the "carbon" copy with another person who has difficulty taking good notes. Available from www.mayerproducts.com
Misspeller's Dictionary: Look up words using their "phonetic" misspelling. Available from www.walmart.com or www.amazon.com
Fidget Pencils: For those students who need to quietly fidget while listening or working. Available from www.therapyshoppe.com
Neo by AlphaSmart: Portable word processor for students who can keyboard more successfully than writing. Also great for very mobile "computer" work. Runs on rechargable or AA batteries and automatically saves. Available from www.alphasmart.com
Digital Recorder: For students who need to dictate some of their work, this allows for a more independent alternative than dictating to an adult. Students can dictate homework, test answers, study guide answers, vocabulary definitions, etc. Available from local office supply stores or www.officedepot.com
